B&Q treat Momentum Instore as a trusted part of their team.

Providing ongoing merchandising support across 33% of their total estate, we undertake everything they need to keep their business thriving.

From store extensions, refurbishments, and range reviews, to racking, store surveys, installation and general store support.

We recently implemented a range review, remerchandise and layout change to B&Q’s Dulux displays in order to incorporate the Valspar range across all stores. This project also included carrying out a comprehensive racking reconfiguration to ensure the installation was not only possible but highly effective when completed.

We did it quickly, efficiently and effectively, completing electronic sign offs at every stage of the project to give instant clarity to B&Q and to keep them fully informed on the progress and completion of each store. We also assisted stores with stock uplift to ensure their stock file was accurate at all times.

Not only did we deliver a highly impressive result, we also project managed the installation in a manner that will help to control and reduce costs for B&Q in both the short and long term.
