Time For Reporting to Get Real

Momentum Instore, is warning that robust real time reporting needs to be a priority this year for those working in retail marketing, to guarantee that clients receive excellent service standards and value for money.

Budgets are already tight but with the economic landscape showing little promise of improving, Momentum Instore predicts that retailers and brands will be looking to their suppliers to ensure that their service is as streamlined as possible and to drive efficiency.

The agency has recently invested in new PDAs for use out in the field. These link into its Estate Management System, which facilitates real time updates about a project’s progress, live photos, quality control and sign off.

Steph Gleave, Sales & Marketing Director of Momentum Instore, explains: “We have noticed that our reporting system is becoming more important to our clients as it helps to keep a project on track, enables our team and the client to identify potential problems before they happen - therefore avoiding costly delays – and provides a central point where all information relating to a campaign can be accessed by all parties involved. All of this makes for a slicker service that is more cost and time efficient.
