So we'll arrange a number of meetings to ensure we have the brief just right and to guarantee a smooth delivery.

The first step for you to take is to decide what you want to achieve from your survey and work on the questions you'd like us to answer. Ask us anything. And if you're not sure exactly what you should be asking, tell us that too. We'll work with you to establish what you need.

Store Walks

FINE-TUNE OUR PLANS

At this stage, we'll arrange walk-throughs of your stores, giving us the opportunity to trial and test the possible solutions our survey has provided so far. We'll conduct these tests on iPads to collect more data to feed back into the survey and fine-tune our plans.

ACHIEVE YOUR OBJECTIVES

By now we'll have a firm idea of what we need to achieve and have a deeper understanding of what will and will not work for you. We'll then load all of the necessary data into our unique app. From there we'll be able to provide you with an in-depth analysis of how we can work together to achieve your objectives.

It's All In The Preparation

ONCE YOUR PROJECT IS CONFIRMED, IT'S ALL SYSTEMS GO!

You'll be assigned a dedicated project management team and our dedicated Resource Management Centre will assign survey teams to visit your stores. We'll organise training sessions across the country to ensure that all our teams have the knowledge and skills to complete your survey efficiently and effectively.
