When Argos made the decision to go digital, Momentum Instore were on the other end of the phone.
The first step in the switchover was to ensure a seamless customer experience by introducing a new Fast Track pre pay service. Argos & Momentum Instore worked closely together to come up with the right solution to set the ball rolling.
Momentum Instore visited 650 Argos stores with our bespoke reporting app, InTouch, to compile the data Argos needed to introduce the new fixture. Our survey answered questions which defined store layout, evaluation of existing fixtures and fittings and finally a decision on the most relevant instore location to position the new concept.
During the survey Momentum Instore delivered the answers to over 35,000 questions, took 26,000 photographs and annotated 650 store plans to help Argos position their new offering.
In a nutshell, Momentum Instore provided the essential intelligence to help kick-start a digital transformation for the retail giant, and we are extremely proud of the results.
