Momentum Instore continues to provide merchandise support to Argos, one of the UK’s leading digital retailers.
Throughout 2017, Momentum Instore supported Argos with ongoing merchandising projects, including the implementation of ‘store in stores’, store conversions and ‘closure’ schemes.
Our dedicated merchandising teams successfully completed projects in over 206 Argos sites across the UK; from merchandising to plan, and stock management, to POS responsibilities, logistics management and onsite reporting. With our vast experience working within retail environments we were able to work seamlessly alongside our Argos partners.
With many elements to each project and to ensure we provided the best possible service, we trained 55 Momentum Instore employees on site and completed four successful training days.
Being flexible was key too. Working on so many sites, Momentum Instore were faced with stores of varying sizes. To ensure we delivered on time, every time we were more than happy to deploy bigger teams when needed, including an increase in the number of team leaders to oversee the 4,532 shifts.
With our ongoing training and development programme in place, we’re looking forward to working with Argos again this year.
