Momentum Instore delivered an innovative training experience to O2 retail staff to increase brand awareness, create true Palm Ambassadors in stores and drive sales.

Brand and product knowledge was communicated via motivational activities in order to make the training as engaging as possible.

Staff were trained extensively on the quality of the brand, the ease of use and the features of webOS, ensuring that they felt comfortable in both recommending and selling Palm devices.

The activity delivered the key objectives set with fantastic feedback received from all those who were trained. O2 staff became fully trained Brand Ambassadors, creating a sharp uplift in recommendation rates and sales across the O2 estate, which led to the Palm Pre Plus selling out. The number of O2 staff who were likely to recommend a Palm handset increased from 16% to 70%.
