Maybe we were born for it…

When major cosmetics brands, L’Oréal Paris & Maybelline, needed an instore remerchandising drive to give their brand a fresh new look, they looked to Momentum Instore to deliver the goods.

This soon developed into a huge project, taking place in 4,329 Boots and Superdrug stores across the country within a time-frame of just 17 days.

As usual, we examined every aspect of the job and set straight to work.

To make things just that bit more challenging, the project also involved a number of new product launches and re-sequencing of existing products on all stands. All of this in addition to the cleaning of all displays and reporting on broken or missing parts. Visiting 250 stores a day, Momentum Instore re-sequenced over 400,000 items across the two brands. The team also installed 50,891 new components and fitted 117,156 new testers.

2 weeks later, every single display in every one of those 4,329 stores was complete and ready to make more sales for L'Oréal Paris & Maybelline.

We had up to 120 merchandisers working on the project nationwide to make this happen. In just 2 weeks we utilised our cosmetic merchandising experts to ensure we hit our client's objectives.
