We have been working in partnership with Sainsbury’s for over 12 years, providing merchandising support across their entire store estate.

Our teams have been involved with new store merchandising, general merchandise space swaps, new line launches, post-survey merchandising and more.

Customer Story

How have we improved their in-store brand experience?

Our teams work tirelessly in Sainsbury’s stores across the UK fulfilling any merchandising requirement necessary. Recently we have been remerchandising stock in-store so that more space is given to categories customers engage with most, helping maximise sales within a department.

Adapting to changing customer needs

We understand that customers demand more of an experience in-store, and we have worked alongside Sainsbury’s to give them just that. Whether that means helping implement a chef-hosted sushi bar in-store and reducing space around the store to make that happen, putting Argos concessions in-store to give customers a more convenient shopping experience or simply ensuring the correct amount of product is on their shelves so they can tick off everything on their shopping list, our teams are there to make that happen.

An extension of the Sainsbury’s team

Our merchandisers work along Sainsbury’s staff regularly supporting with store replenishment so that when they leave, the store is set up to succeed.

Setting up our teams for success

We want to ensure that our merchandising teams have room to grow and develop in their roles. To this end, we have progression plans in place for all our merchandisers so that they have the opportunity to work towards more senior roles over the course of their career with us.
