When TK MAXX needed to collect highly detailed information about its stores in a drive to improve compliance and develop strategic POS and marketing campaigns, they called Momentum Instore.
We were commissioned to carry out survey of all the fixtures and fittings within 260 TK MAXX and Homesense stores, all across the UK.
Our team of fully trained and highly experienced survey experts got to work right away, measuring all windows, recording items of furniture and counting wall bays and signage. They then photographed a range of each stores essential elements, uploading all of this information onto our bespoke Data Management System. This unique web based system allows individual photographs and relevant data to be downloaded instantly in response to any specific question the client needed to ask.
It’s a good thing that we did. TK Maxx asked us 70,000 questions and, with the help of the 10,000 photographs we took, we answered every one of them.
In short, Momentum Instore provided the essential data that TK Maxx needed to drive cost savings and improve compliance for the future.
With another 81 TK Maxx stores then rolled out across Europe, we hope we’ll be working together again soon.
